We are looking for a creative and skilled Web & Visual Designer to join our team. This role will involve designing innovative web interfaces, improving user experience, and ensuring that our digital products meet the highest standards of visual design.
5+ years of experience in web and visual design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools is required.
As the Head of UX and Design, you will lead a team of designers in creating intuitive and impactful user experiences for our digital platforms. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design and user experience remain at the forefront of our product development process.
7+ years of experience in UX and product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. A strong background in user-centered design principles and experience leading cross-functional teams is required.
